port-mac68k: Upgrading to 1.5

I'd like to upgrade from 1.4.2 to 1.5 to see if my PB145B is better 
supported.  Can I do this from within NetBSD using sup or some other 
utility?  Or do I need to install 1.5 through the  Mac OS side?
