The "upgrade" part of sysinst is machine independent so there was nothing 
special I felt I needed to put into the mac68k INSTALL files.

I've never upgraded using sysinst, but don't see why it shouldn't work 
even on the mac68k port.  Previously I always did the upgrade manually by 
booting single-user and untaring the new distribution files.  I'd move 
/etc to something like /etc_old and use the "--unlink" parameter in tar 
and everything seemed to work OK.  It's best to upgrade the kernel first 
and boot into it before unpacking the other files though I think.

My standard warning about sysinst/mac68k -- back up the system first!
