OpenSSH.

pkgsrc/security/openssh on NetBSD, which will install
pkgsrc/security/openssl and something else (pkgsrc/lang/perl5?) as a
result. (Pretty sure it's Perl, and it's OpenSSL that wants that).

Elsewhere (say, Yellow Dog Linux ;^>) you want the non-OpenBSD port,
possibly localized for your OS, which is available from
http://www.openssh.com/portable.html.
