This is a good introduction to NetBSD/mac68k & installation. There are a few
tidbits in his notes that I hadn't seen elsewhere.

The info inspired me to try one more time to get a working NetBSD
system on my PB 180. Now, after several unsuccessful attempts, I just wanted
to pass along my observations so that others, like myself, will find this note
in the archive and learn that there are problems.

The bottom line is that while the installation process will probably go
smoothly, even up to the point of booting into single-user mode, no kernel
among those in "current-20000506" and "current-20000408" is free from
SCSI problems that appear very shortly after the system is started for the
first time. The problems can manifest themselves as fsck problems, ffs
problems, etc. The result has always been corruption of the partition,
requiring a complete re-install.

It's come such a long way, but I'll be watching and waiting.
