I guess this should've been included too.

Installer problems looked like the following ...

Friday, 26 May 2K     ERROR:
   mode = 0100444, inum = 111364, fs = /
   ialloc: dup alloc

And then after installing man, text and games,
the installer died about 90% of the way thru misc with:

   mode = 0100444, inum = 11523, fs = /
   ialloc: dup alloc

I hope I'm providing the right info here.
