Hi Again:
Thought I would clear up the iffy parts of my prior mail.
Since I got back home tonight I've also been experimenting a bit. So, I'll
be able to be more clear as to what's going on.

It's a 410Mb drive, on SCSI ID 6, Partitioned as follows:
MacHD 110 Mb
root /user 232 Mb
swap 66 Mb

The "bsd" as the kernel I determined due to the fact that it was one of the
three non directories at root when I looked at it in the 'mini-shell'. The
other two files there, just gave errors that they were unreadable or some
such, so they were not it I suppose.

Ok, this is where it's getting wierd. I have reinstalled the three base
parts via the "NetBSD/Mac68k Installer":
base26.tar.gz
bsd-generic.tar.gz
comp26.tar.gz
I've now gotten the booter settings set to black and white monitor only,
and the kernel file set to "bsd" and looking to SCSI ID 6, and partition
set to /dev/sd0a
Now when I boot, I get a hang when it checks ADB 3 and sees a mouse. It
does not go past that mouse.
and if I set the color to 256 rather than B/W, I get a kernel panic. I
suppose I can live with B/W. But the mouse thing is getting me. I changed
out the mouse, and it hangs at that same part. ADB 3
