Yes there is:

ftp://prozac.eeap.cwru.edu/pub/jude/macintosh/nfsd1.5.0b970906fat.cpt.hqx

I've stopped devlopment of it, but the source is avaliable:

ftp://prozac.eeap.cwru.edu/pub/jude/macintosh/NFSsrc/nfs-cw.cpt.hqx

I'm sorry the archive is so big, but its got lots of stuff in there that
doesn't need to be. I just don't have enough time right now to clean it up.

There is also a mailing list for it mac-nfsd server from
majordomo@smellycat.com
