Ken Nakata can probably fill us in on the state of the IDE code, but if
I recall correctly, it's almost there and needs:

	1) bus_space code to properly return the registers with their
	   every-4-bytes spacing
	2) more testing
	3) possibly bugfixes (see #2 ;-)

Other than that and the LC040 problems, the 630s should be as well
supported as anything else...
