Meaning what exactly for my configuration?

With "sn0 -phase 2 -addr 65281" I get

[hauke@q700] /<1>contrib/etc # sh rc.atalk
starting appletalk daemons: atalkd nbp_rgstr: Connection timed out
Can't register q700:Workstation@*
nbp_rgstr: Connection timed out
Can't register q700:netatalk@*
 nbprgstr papd afpd.

In the syslog there is

Nov 16 21:32:24 q700 atalkd[413]: config for no router
Nov 16 21:32:26 q700 atalkd[413]: ready 0/0/0
Nov 16 21:32:55 q700 afpd[435]: Can't register q700:AFPServer@*
Nov 16 21:32:55 q700 afpd[435]: ASIP started on 192.168.1.2:548(0)
(1.4b2+asun2.1.4)

volumes over AppleShare/IP. But no DDP based functions.

"nbplkup" from a 1.4.1 machine gives
                       espresso:AFPServer 65280.71:128

                       espresso:Workstation 65280.71:4

Any idea?
