I think/hope that Allen and Scott can help here.

It should be reading the IFR (Interrupt Flag Register) of VIA 1, and
seeing if bit 0x10 is set.

Bit 0x10 of this bit is V1IF_ADBCLK, which I assume is an adb clock. :-)
