Hi

I am trying to install netbsd 1.4.1 on a couple of mac systems with no
success.
First system is a macIIci 1gig/8m ( several types of disk tried ).
2 partitions, usr&root-500meg, swap-20meg
all goes well but for the build.

I get
Error on SCSIRead(), # 5
Error on SCSIWrite(), # 5
Error on SCSIRead(), # 5
Error on SCSIWrite(), # 5
start=0, len=2, fs=/
alloccg: map corrupted

Another time the build was ok and would boot but stop after may lines with
something like
root files = ffs

Another machine at home, a Quadra 650av 36meg ram, 80meg & 270meg disk
only 2 partitions, boot on 80 meg mac system, netbsd on 270 meg ( 250
root&usr, 20 swap )

used a patched hd setup 7.53 and apstool 4.1 for partitions.

Build goes well, but it does not find a boot partition to boot.

your thoughts

thanks
