This is a long standing bug. We need to have the nubus code only probe
slots that actually exist on a
particular machine rather than every one of them.

I would imagine that probing Slot $E on the LCII is probably sufficient
enough. No need to probe slots
$9-$D since the machine simply doesn't have the slots.

Perhaps somebody should file a PR? :-)
