Just another data point - I recently managed to get the death
chimes messing with an old SE/30... discovered it was an
incompatible driver on the HD I'd installed. I think the sad
mac codes were 0x0000000F/0x00000001. I'll have to dig around
and get hold of that old list of sad mac codes one day.

Bit sad I had to hot plug the disk to fix it... anyone know
a better method?
