Hello,

I've got two somewhat inane questions. The first one is, what is the
state of the current (6) GENERIC? I've tried it again, and it gives me
that ADB hang (Q800); when I NMI, the machine starts spewing curd (is
this graphic, or what) in an infinite loop I can't stop, much less read
(although memory/register dumps seem involved). MRG 6 works fine,
though. I must at this point say that I was using GENERIC-0 since the
May release without problem (other than the annoying sn0 driver bug that
keeps everybody on my back).

This brings me to my second question, should I install the current base?
Or are the drivers the same as the May release?

The third, and last, question is, can somebody point me to a good
*online* reference on NetBSD security? I don't need (or want) anything
exhaustive, or for novices; I'm aware that good rootmanship is an art
best learned through experience (and many so-called wizards aren't keen
to share), and a checklist of obvious and not-so-obvious points would be
a plus.

Thank you very much in advance. Regards,
Matías.
