Hmm, I found the company's web site at www.itt-sc.de, but ASCO 2300
(that's ITT's part number for so-called "Singer" chip) datasheet is no
longer available on the site.  Darn.

I'll try to dig it out of my hard drives tonight.  But if I can't find 
it ...
