I didn't for the first try. I have for the last few trys. The HD is
setup like this (according to Mkfs_1.45)

Patches->Patch Partition (0m)
HFS->Little Wolf (20m)
UNIX_SVR2->NetBSD Rood & User (270m)
UNIX_SVR2->NetBSD Swap (32m)
Free-Unused partition (0m)

The installer shows:

sd0 at scsi ID 0.
sd1 at scsi ID 2.
Partition read, SCSIID = 0
Mounting partition 'A' as /
sd0a: Root 'NetBSD Root & Usr' at 41501 size 566005
sd0b: Swap 'NetBSD Swap' at 607506 size 65009
sd0d: Other (APPLE_PATCHES) 'Patch Partition' at 192 size 512
sd0e: HFS_PART 'untitled' at 704 size 40797
sd0f: Other (APPLE_FREE) 'Extra' at 672515 size 10
sd1a: Other (APPLE_PATCHES) 'Patch Partition' at 192 size 512
sd1b: HFS_PART 'untitled' at 704 size 1056902
sd1d: Other (APPLE_FREE) 'Extra' at 1057606 size 10

sd1 is the external SCSI hard disk I have the NetBSD snapshots on.

I have tried the boot with 1.4, and the snaps from 19990620 and 19990628
(with and without extensions enabled) and had the same problem with all
of them. hang at "root on sd0a dumps on sd0b"

Any ideas?
