Hello

running on a MacII, complete install except sources and generic kernel i
get frequent freezes
no only trying to run the seti client, but even compiling! i can't make
bytemarks for example. freezes.
when i mean freezes. ntohing all stops, every activity and no raction even
to the NMI button. i really have to reset.

actually i wanted to resolve the fact that X freezes at startup, but i want
to fix this before. maybe it is even related.

are there other kernels to try maybe? where? unofficial stuff?
