If you are installing from pkgsrc, it's probably because the ondisk info
(patches, checksum, etc.) has gotten out of sync with the info on the
NetBSD ftp server.

You can: use sup to upgrade your pkgsrc tree; get the new pkgsrc.tgz
from the NetBSD web site; or use ftp to update just the files from that
particular build directory. The url where the files are located is
probably something like:
<ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-current/pkgsrc/www/apache/>
