any 30 pin simm faster than 120 ns will work (most you can buy now will
be 80ns or faster). Then IIcx is upgradable up to 128 MB ( = 8 x 16 MB)
You could ask the person I indicated before. Got from him 4 x 16 MB for
90$ and 4 x 4 MB for 20$ (checked by him). In any case, I'd look for
used simms (may be at www.macup.de or www.macgadget.de) and try to not
spend so much on that machine.
