Have there been any changes to the ADB code recently?  My Quadra 650
wedges at:

adb0 at obio0<cursor>

...sits there... pressing the Debugger switch or pressing keys on the
keyboard eventually causes it to go into a fault loop (looks like it
jumps through a bogus function pointer, maybe?)...
