At startup the screens sais:

"Enter pathname of shell or RETURN for sh:"

then when I hit enter:

"terminal type?"

I usually enter vt220 here.
Is there anyway to get rid of this message, say like entering the pathname of shell?

And one other thing (two):

What is "su"?
and what is "sh"?

Thank you, gustav.
