For "lynx", typing `h' should take you directly to the installed html
docs, or barring that, to the lynx home page's help docs.

For "pine," the Configuration screen (type `s', `c'.) has on online
help feature. There is also /usr/share/pkg/doc/pine/tech-notes.txt. If
you made your own build, there is also a tech-notes subdirectory of
html docs in the distribution, which is not installed by default, but
probably should be.

Of course, lynx and pine both have homepages,
<http://sol.slcc.edu/lynx/> and <http://www.washington.edu/pine/>
respectively. Possibly newsgroups, as well. Don't overlook `pine -h'
and `lynx -help'. And as a last resort, there's always the man page. :)

I see that apache has a web site <http://www.apache.org/>, but I can't
tell you anything about that.
