Anyone know where I can get this? I can't seem to find it on the gnu ftp 
site nor any of the mirrors that I have visited?  was going to try and 
build 'siag', but without this it hardly seems possible. according to the 
packages web page and the package dependencies.

The URL for gnuplot 3.7 given in the packages page is  

http://www.gnu.org/software/gnuplot/gnuplot.html however it is not 
functional..
