It may be a good idea to use Apple HD SC Setup for partitioning rather
than a thirdparty software.  At least it's known to work; i.e. the
partition table format has no compatibility problem with NetBSD.  It's 
downloadable free of charge from Apple's ftp site.  Check out FAQ for
more details.
