In ascending difficulty:

o  get dt (I think it's in the package system now) and build it with
   a French kbd map

o  set up X11 and a French Xmodmap for it (there is a German
   Xmodmap file on ftp.netbsd.org that you could take as a starting point)

o  port the wscons driver to mac68k  ;)
