What is your network setup like? Is this the mega-bridged-ethernet
network?

What version are you using? I think this is a problem with an older
-current kernel (though -current kernels seem to have other probelms - I
think there's signal lossage).

I think the fact that getzones works means things work out ok in the end.
afpd has problems right now. :-(
