Not when the SE/30 is running NetBSD, since NetBSD doesn't do LocalTalk.

You could run a software bridge on the SE/30 under Mac OS, or you could get
a hardware bridge.  The hardware bridges are cheap and plentiful since the
iMac opened up the market.
