You guessed correctly. We probably don't clear the interrupt for your video
card. You'll need to do a little assembly hacking to find out how to do
this and then send in your results. Luckily, there's a How-To at:

If you're not a assembly hacker you might consider sending a copy of the
card's driver to somebody who is more skilled. Like some of the folks
on this list for instance :)
