Use the instructions for mod_ssl from www.apache.org.  The instructions
with ssl itself are incomplete, especially with respect to the rsa library
integration.

If you are building a USA version with the rsa library then you need to
install the rsaglue lib and the ssl version of the header file by hand.
Don't use the rsa lib's header file in the apache build, use the ssl header
of the same name instead.

I've done it with Solaris.  I expect the same problems appear with NetBSD.

Feasibility of a new signature is currently being evaluated.
