I *just* got this email two days ago.  Anyone got any insight into what
happened?  Did I screw up Eudora and find an old message, or did the system
clock get hosed, or did someone break into macbsd.jpl.nasa.gov and do
something funny, or what?

Signature failed Preliminary Design Review.
Feasibility of a new signature is currently being evaluated.
