NetBSD doesn't support LocalTalk.  If you need to use AppleTalk with the
LaserWriter, you will need to put it on EtherTalk with one of the many
LocalTalk/EtherTalk bridges.

The printer port is tty01.

There's been a lot of discussion on this list lately on getting a serial
LaserWriter connection working.  I suggest checking the archives.
