Going from 1.3.x to 1.3.(x+1) shouldn't be any more uncomplicated than
getting the components of the new version and installing them on top of the
old version (unpack the tar files from "/").

But ** not ** /etc/ -- unless you've backed up the old one, you're probably
not going to be a happy camper afterwards.

I think there's also some info in the INSTALL docs as well.
