well, i'm not allen, but i think i can answer this one.  for the most
part, there's not much new in 1.3.3.  it's mainly a bugfix release.  so,
the rebooting bug has been fixed, as well as a couple of other bugs.  oh,
1.3.3 will have the latest version of xfree86, but i'm not too sure what's
new in that.
