not really, although it could be related to a bug that was fixed about 5-6
months ago in -current.

what command are you using to reboot the machine?

you might want to try netbsd 1.3.3 later this month when it comes out, as
it contains the fix mentioned above.  the bug in question was one that was
causing hangs on reboot for II-series mac's.  i've never heard someone
with your particular symptoms, tho, so i'm kinda guessing here.
