I do as well. I have a Quantum Lightning 730MB drive (sd1) and a Quantum
Prodrive which is 230 MB (sd2). both contain NetBSD partitions (/ and
/usr/src, respectively).  I had both drives connected and turned on when
the problems happened. sd0 is my internal 80MB MacOS drive.
