Yeah, that should work fine... I've used it to allow incoming ftps to my
other machines. I don't have access to my gateway right now, so I can't
give specifics, but take a look at ipnat's "rdr" command. I think it's
something like:

rdr le0 0/0 port 10040 -> 10.11.12.13/32 port 80
