Beats the heck out of me, as I said "according to their Web page".  They 
offer upgrades for a whole bunch of older Macs and make similar claims, 
but if I were to guess I'd say it's a marketing statment rather than a 
technical one meaning you get the performance of a Q700 with the upgrade.
