Yikes.  Both of these make me think that you've got bad memory or that
the memory isn't configured by NetBSD correctly.

The next time you get this, can you enter 'trace' to get a stack trace
so we can see what functions it's called before crashing?

Is it at all possible that your Q700 has an LC040 in it instead of an
040?
