I've noticed that the Package-tools have been made into their own package.
How do I go about installing the new tools, considering that what I
have was installed as part of the system, and not as a package.

If I do a 'make install' will they overwrite the current version?
I can't deinstall what's there since they aren't a package.

Hope this question isn't too stupid.
