port-mac68k: NetBSD 1.3.2 problem

I installed NetBSD 1.3.2 on my LC520. 12MbRAM

First, its booting is very tricky, sometimes it boots fine and sometimes
it's not.

Second, it could not reach network via eather. I did try "dmesg | fgrep ae0"
and it
replied

ae0 at nubus0 slot e :  failed to determine size of RAM

How can I solve these problems ?
