I did exactly what you propose: my Booter is set to bias 120 (since I'm
at +0200 - because of summer - daylight saving - time; otherwise +0100)
and to Auto-set checked.

# date

unfailably results:

Sun Sep 20 10:01:25 PDT 1998
           ^^^^^^^^     <-- that is my time -540 minutes!

So, what? :)

Reasoning from a stupid Prodos user point of view, I'd say there is some
config file I should change to get CEDT - so I presume would be called
the "Mitteleuropaeische Sommerzeit" in English (?).
