Hi all.
Having a Swedish extended ADB keyboard and a single-button mouse, I have
the following problem.
(1) I need the alt key for the middle and rigth button under X
(2) Without the alt key, I don't have keys enough to accommodate stuff like
\ | @ and ~ if I want to keep =E5 =E4 =F6 (that's aring, adiaeresis and
odiaeresis for you non-Swedes).
(3) Problem (2) did turn out to be a non-problem, since I can't get aring
et al to work on my computer (I get nothing on the screen when I press the
corresponding key).

I use a Swedish-keyboard .Xmodmap file that was written for MkLinux (by
Roger.Henriksson@dna.lth.se), and just modified it a bit to exclude the
Swedish characters and map backslash and at to those keys instead.

Now to the question: How should I preceed to (a) get Swedish characters to
work and (b) get more than two keysyms per key when the alt key is reserved
for the mouse?

Regards,
/hcb
