Hi,

Welcome to MacBSD. To set up a web server, I would recommend using Apache.

   http://www.apache.org/

Apache builds right out of the box on NetBSD, but for your convenience, it
is also a part of the package system. If you have not yet installed the
package system, follow the instructions at

   ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/pkgsrc/Packages.txt

Apache is under the www category.
