You already have it. It's just that it knows you can't turn 32-bit
addressing on in your computer, so doesn't give you the switch.

You need the Mode32 control panel. It will patch up the ROM on your
computer so that it will work in 32-bit addressing mode. Then the 32-bit
addressing switch will show up in the Memory CP. Also, you have to open
the Mode32 CP and turn it on for it to work.
