Yes, but you need to run a program called "dt" to do it. It's available on
ftp.macbsd.com, and might also be on ftp.netbsd.com (I'm not sure).

Note if you're using dt, you need to boot in b&w, and you used to need to
build more pty's to have more than 4 screens.

Basicly you log in as root, and start up dt. It'll then give you as many
root screens as you specify, and a command prompt at each. I think you can
customize it to do white on black instead of black on white. Also, I think
you can have it spawn init on each virtual console.
