I've got a NetBSD-patched version on ftp.netbsd.org, in
pub/NetBSD/misc/netatalk. However it lacks the MacOS 8.X patches.

I've not kept it up nor made a packages as I've been a slug of late (see
the Ph.D. announcement message I just sent the list).

The eventual goal is to get it into the tree, so you don't need a package.
