Well, I downloaded the color X server that Ken provided us w/ the other 
day, however even tho my machines capable of Thousands of Colors on the 
mac side, it won't boot.  When i try to boot in 16bit, it gets to the 
`Sez it be'?? part, and then won't go any further, everything freezes, 
the mouse won't move anything.  BUT, it will work in 8bit (256 Color).  
It will work, meaning it will boot.

Any ideas on why I can't boot into 16bit, but I can into 8bit?  I am 
using a IIvx w/ built in video.
