Have you checked out GURU? Newer Technology, who sells RAM and other 
upgrades, distributes this little app for free that contains lots of 
useful information about all Apples and clones. Hit their web site at 
<http://www.newertech.com/> and download it.
   It gets updated as batches of new models are released. There's one 
panel of information in general about the CPU, one page about memory in 
particular, and a third concerning video.
   Worth checking out, from a satisfied user (who doesn't even buy my RAM 
from them, though maybe I should...)
