Subject: Sendmail trouble

I keep getting these sendmail errors:

"sendmail[244]: NOQUEUE: SYSERR(root): hash map "Alias0": unsafe map file
/etc/aliases: no such file or directory"

The /etc/aliases file does exist.  I guess I'm pretty clueless on how to
interpret this message.
