Does your Macbsd Box have two EtherCadrds ?
If there is only one EtherCard , atalkd ignore atalkd.conf.
I can make AppleTalk router on my IICi at NetBSD 1.2 and 1.3.

Or there is another AppleTalk router "CAP".
